Very noisy by freeway with traffic from 5am!
Room was clean.
Located next to interstate on ramp. Noises made it hard to sleep. They didn't honor my request to be on view side of building.
All water shut off October 27-28-29 from 11am-7pm. Why not call me or email to me before I arrive. It's not honest business. The refrigerator motor running every 15min. You can hear every thing from the next room and hall way. I will never recommend to anyone!!!! I want my money refunded!
The staff was friendly and very helpful with directions and assistance with the bus system
The pillows were not very good and the continental breakfast was more of a snack than a breakfast
Akila who checked me in was very polite
The sheets smelled like body odor or unwashed greasy hair. Disgusting! Someone else's partially used milk, yogurt, and orange juice were left in my refrigerator. I came very close to leaving 30 minutes after I checked in!
They cut a lot of corners (no ice machine, or maid service, minimal kitchen item, etc) but the price can't be beat for downtown Bellevue.
Good value for money. Conveniently located in ten minutes of walking from Bellevue downtown.
The breakfast is the same grab-and-go breakfast all the time. Now, after five days there, I hate muffins.
It served my needs which was a comfortable place to stay. It was close to the Maydenbour center. Clean with friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast consisted of fruit, muffin, breakfast bar, instant oatmeal and coffee, hot tea, or hot chocolate.
The TV was not set up for watching anything local.
Free wifi and breakfast to go
No cutlery in room
That there was a laundry in the hotel
Staff, extremely rude! Week booked a queen bed room, were given a double bed room, I went and spoke to the reception about the room and he told me that this is a queen in America which it isn't, but they way they were dealing with customers at check in what was the point of arguing the situation! I know I will never stay at the hotel again. I feel for people who have actually booked longer stays there. Doreen needs to learn people skills she is so rude and abrupt, shouldn't be working in customer service with an attitude like that, asked if there were any restaurants in the area to get dinner and she was like dunno here's a map
Staff at check-in were very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Staff on the other shift not suited to the hospitality industry.
It was a beautiful location. Easy to get to interstate and shopping district.
The refrigerator was so noisy, I had to turn it completely off to sleep.
Good value for money, location close to restaurants and Whole Foods
Noise from 405 highway. Ask for a room on the east side of the hotel...the west side is on top of the highway.
The stairs were really nicely decked out for weathering disaster.
The facility was over booked and very under staffed. We got there an hour and a half after check-in time and still had to wait for our room to be cleaned. The utilities, like the staff, were minimal with it taking almost fifteen minutes to get hot water running in the shower. The free wi-fi was so slow that email was pretty much all you could do with it. Pictures of any kind had a hard time loading and video was out of the question.
I asked for a room away from the freeway and got it. I was able to sleep this time
The kitchen has nothing in it. There weren't even any hangers! I had to ask for everything I needed and haul it to my room. I'm just not used to this.
